Welcome to the 48th Annual Meeting of Taiwanese Dermatological Association (TDA), which is co-organized by TDA and the Department of Dermatology of National Cheng Kung University Hospital (NCKUH) in Tainan. The theme of the meeting is “The Science, Art and Humanity in Dermatology”. We hope to bring you not only the cutting-edge science and technology in Dermatology but also the warmth and human value in medical profession.
The meeting is highlighted by 12 plenary speakers from different countries, and 12 symposia focusing on different topics in Dermatology. Hindered by the COVID-19 pandemic, the international speakers are still not able to attend the meeting and address their talks in person this year. Instead, their talks will be delivered by pre-recorded video. We hope you enjoy the scientific program which covers dermatological medicine, surgery and patient care, as well as basic research, including genetics, microbiota, mechanobiology, and skin drug delivery. The care of HIV infected patients is also focused in this meeting.
The key vision of the meeting website and program book was an artwork, “Looking Up”, from artist Jo-Chun Hsu, showing the peace, wilderness and wishes in the skin. Two artists, Chan-Peng Lo and Hsiang-Yung Chen, participate the meeting as the guest artists and will address the beauty of skin in paintings and photographs. We invite you to join this journey and look at the skin from different angles, apart from our daily dermatology practices. The artwork of these artists will be exhibited at the venue of the meeting.
The science and technology of dermatology advances rapidly and this meeting helps you to catch up the recent progress. On the other hand, what remain unchanged was the art and enthusiasm of patient care. For friends and colleagues who participate this meeting either physically or virtually, please enjoy this refreshing banquet which is fully loaded with science, art and humanity.

各位親愛的皮膚科夥伴和朋友您好，
歡迎參加第48屆臺灣皮膚科醫學會年會，本屆會議由成大醫院皮膚部協辦。會議主題是「皮膚的科學、藝術與人文」，希望帶給您皮膚科的最新醫學與科技進展，還想強調皮膚科的藝術和人文價值。
會議主軸由12場大會演講和12場研討會組成，邀請國內外知名學者及醫師演講。因為COVID-19疫情未歇，國外講者仍無法到場親自演講，將以預錄影片方式進行，而國內講者將親自到場演講，與聽眾互動。大會演講及研討會內容包含皮膚科基礎研究及臨床病人照護的最新進展，著重在毛髮、遺傳、皮膚外科、光動力治療、皮膚癌、化膿性汗腺炎、色素性疾病、微菌叢、生物力學及經皮藥物吸收的新知識。HIV患者的照護也將是會議關注的議題。
會議的主視覺「仰望」是藝術家徐若鈞的作品，展現出皮膚的寧靜、想望與澎湃洶湧。本會議還有兩位年會藝術家，羅展鵬和陳向詠，藉由繪畫和攝影展現皮膚之美。希望在討論皮膚科疾病之外，能由另一個角度來重新認識皮膚的內涵。這些藝術家的作品將在會議現場展示。
皮膚醫學和科技進展快速，本會將提供最好、最快的相關訊息。另一方面，也想以不同的角度來認識皮膚，增加您照護病人的靈感和熱情。請享用這場「皮膚的科學、藝術與人文」精彩的秋日饗宴。
