Dr. Tay Yong Kwang was the founding Chief, and presently a senior consultant and associate professor at the department of dermatology, Changi General Hospital and the Associate Designated institutional Official, SingHealth Residency, Singapore. He has a special interest in the fields of pediatric dermatology and dermatologic laser surgery with more than two hundred publications in peer-reviewed journals. He is a reviewer for numerous journals e.g. Pediatric Dermatology, Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, Journal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, etc and is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Journal of Dermatological Treatment, Pediatric Dermatology, Journal of Dermatological Research, Dermatology and Therapy and Indian Journal of Paediatric Dermatology. He is the editor of the textbooks:  “Pediatric Skin of Color” and “Laser and Light Dermatology in the Asian Skin”.
