1983-1988 – applicant for the degree of candidate of medical sciences at the department of skin and venereal diseases of Vitebsk State Medical Institute, practicing dermatologist at Vitebsk Regional Dispensary for Skin and Venereal Diseases.
1989 – presentation of the thesis for the degree of candidate of medical sciences in the Specialized Council at Moscow Central Research Institute for Skin and Venereal Diseases.
1992-1995 – doctorate at the department of skin and venereal diseases at Vitebsk State Medical Institute
1995 – presentation of the doctoral thesis at Minsk State Medical Institute.
1995 – 1996 – associate professor at the department of skin and venereal diseases at Vitebsk State Medical Institute
1996 till present time - Chairman of the department of dermatovenereology at Vitebsk State Medical University

1996-2014 – biennially organized weeks for post-graduate training in clinical dermatology and venereology in Munich, Germany
Main spheres of professional interests: emergency conditions in dermatology, diseases of skin adnexa, mixed sexually transmitted infections, physiotherapy in dermatovenereology
Author of 18 monographs, manuals, textbooks, and of more than 200 articles on dermatology and sexually transmitted infections, translator from English and German into Russian of 12 manuals, atlases and monographs on dermatovenereology.
National Representative of Belarus at International Organizations (European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, International Union against Sexually Transmitted Infections, International League of Dermatological Societies, Euro-Asian Association of Dermatovenereologists).
Member of editorial boards of 12 journals on dermatovenereology.
Active participant and speaker at World, European and National congresses of dermatovenereology.
